    For those of you on this list that are ECTA members. ECTA will be using
SCTA/BNI vehicle numbers for Y2K. If you don't have an SCTA number please
call:
Chuck Kalbach, at 760-868-6059 or e-mail at kalbach@snowline.net to get you
new number. You don't have to be an SCTA/BNI member to get a number.

    This will help unify all LSR vehicles and smooth out other problems as
well. If you have friends not on the list please tell them so we can get
things organized by April 1st.
