I'm not running ECTA either, but I'll throw my dog into this fight....
Since you are in the creative mode, why not create an Altered Sports
class, fuel and gas. You could use SCTA rule for altered sedans & coupes
as a guideline. Right now, no sports class can run fuel (but can run NOS
with 2 engine advancement), and the modified rules are still fairly
restrictive.
