Have it re-cored with a modern, more efficient core (more rows/tubes).
Cleaning out a radiator is a waste of money most of the time. Aluminium
is lighter and cheaper to manufacture but not as durable and usually
cannot be repaired. Thermal conductivity is also not as good as
copper/brass. Most of all it does not look right.
