ONE OF THE PROBLEMS IN GETTING THE CORRECT SPRINGS IS THE THICKNESS OF=
=0ATHE LEAVES. If I remember, the factory British stock material was=0A.=
059" and in the US there is none of that thickness available. The=0Athin=
nest material available is .065. If you build up a spring using=0Aall of=
the thicker material it will not fit the car eyes, or the=0Au-bolts.=0A=
Luckily, when I rebuilt my 100, the spring shop in Portland, OR. had=0Ae=
nough existing material stock to combine with my thinner original=0Amain=
leaf and I was able to put the unit together and into the rear=0Aend. A=
t the time, 2015, he said that he was not able to get any more=0Aof that=
material when his stock was gone.=0ASince my car is of early production=
, it uses the A series spring: 7=0Aleaves, with 1/4" negative camber. Th=
e C-spring is another whole issue=0Awith that double eye. Hank=0A=0A=09-=
