This is a common problem. The rubber that is around the glass is not  
holding onto the frame and the force of the wind against the inside  
of the top  material is lifting the frame from the glass. We usually  
have the window installed with Urethane for both the windshield and  
the door glass on the BJs rather than the rubber that swells when  
installed.
