[Healeys] Update on hand brake

The hand brake is now replaced with out complications. The cable broke at the
front end. The clevis pin froze and didn't rotate with break application. With
years of this it slowly broke down the cable. I guess it would be wise for us
to add some lubricant when we grease the u-joints.
