I agree that the problem is with the post office equipment at some sorting 
station (may not be my local post office). However it is naive to think that 
my complaining to the post office will result in the installation of new 
equipment. The simple solution I would think would be to bag the magazine. 
This is what my other magazines have done. It's too bad that the AHCA is 
turning a deaf ear to the problem that other members besides me are having.
