And then there was the time when I lived in Las Vegas in the late '90's and
invariably when driving up and down the Strip (especially during British Car
week) got comments such as "my uncle, brother, friend, etc had one" Must
have been over five million Healeys sold to account for everyone who has
seen one and said they had a bizillion relatives or friends who had one.
Best memories were when driving across the Hoover Dam and having my picture
taken by tourists (or as we call called them in Nevada -- our taxpayers -
god bless the casino tax) in the inevitable traffic jams.
