Seems like plain water (I live in a basically no-freeze area, at least for 
the next 5 months!) plus Water Wetter might be well worth a try. 

If I have to get more aggressive - rebuild rad/boil block - I can always do 
so. 

Any RedLine dealers in Northern CA?  If not, who among the mail-order people 
has given good service?  Thanks!
