In the late 60s, Zeibart (spelling?) rust proofing was popular here in the noth east. My dad had our 66 Gran Prix done and I remeber the plugs they used. They would drill into door frame and rocker to squirt in the waxy coating. It smelled like melted crayons. Possibly, these cars are ones that had been rustproofed. I do think there was a Z or Zeibart lettering on the plugs they used, but there were a bunch of brands. Dave 67 BJ8 |
