I had been re-using stock head studs with no problems. But I found that the a=
bility to install the ARP head studs with an Allen hex wench made it far eas=
ier to install the studs. I only put in two studs, then the pre treated head=
gasket, then the other head studs and finally, the head itself. Because the=
steel shim gaskets that I use are such a precision fit on the studs, it is e=
asier to install the gasket if there are only two studs in place. And yes, I=
re use the ARP studs.=20
