I wish we could run 7 inch rims, but our rules (like most everyone elses)
limit us to 6 inch.
We can run any DOT tire though, including the R6.
We have around 15-18 Triumph regulars in So Cal/Vegas that show up to most of
the races. We probably average 10-12 Triumphs per local event.

I'd also caution against using hard numbers from an unofficial FOT list
oll, unless there is a silent majority who are just privately emailing. The
idwest racers seem to be pretty active on the list, but I can think a lot
f east coast racers who you never see post anymore. The so-cal and
-northwest guys seem to chime in once in a while, but I'm not sure how many
f them there are.
orry to steer this off topic, but what are the rules for what is eligible
or the Kastner Cup? Most East Coast and Midwest racers have minimum weight
ules and tire restrictions, where from taking a quick look at pictures and
aking a quick gander at the rules, the west coast guys don't have them and
ost seem to be on 7" rims with Hoosier R6's. That makes for a BIG
ifference in performance, and I know there are some East Coast guys that
ould go REALLY FAST if they switched tires and pulled ballast.
