Hi  Robert, what I have seen is when the flywheel comes loose it vibrates and 
shears the bolts and pin.  You should always use loctite and torque them to 
spec.  Chances are your flywheel is bad from the vibration.  I have Alloy 
flywheels for the Spitfires if you need one.   thanks  Joe
