For those who may be interested, the fulcrum pins on my car are mounted to
an "L" shaped bracket, on the vertical plane of the "L". This accomodates
the use of shims to set the front camber. The horizontal plane of the "L"
is bolted to the original mounting points for the fulcrum pin. I have never
taken any measurements, but to my very untrained eye, it appears to me that
the upper a arms mount in the same location as they would have if the
fulcrum pin was bolted in the normal position. Now, those who have seen ME
drive the car would never believe this, but this is (was) a fast car that
qualified for the Runoffs (tm) in 85 from the SE Division. I'm sure that on
more than 1 occasion, it was subject to the post race inspections that are
mandatory for winners/high finishers.
