What we have done is had some Urethane made with a durometer reading of about 80. I had a five foot bar of this material made and cut it to fit the old tranny mount and played with it to Isolate the tranny from the chassis. It works great. I use to have to change the standard mount twice-three times a season. I've used this mount for two years. I think the key is that it is not effected by hot oil. Mordy |
