[Roadsters] will this motor fit ?

hello i have a 1967.5 roadster that im rebuilding iwant to buy a nice 240z
1974 motor and 4 speed tranny i need to know if this is possible i still
have the original 4cly that runs and all just didnt want to put mad money
into it and not have the torq im looking for on my sunday drives in the
near future please let me know as for the motor is available right now..
