I'd suggest getting it warm enough to make any residual water evaporate, then
change the oil again. Keep running it and changing it until you see no
cloudiness in the oil.
Any pocket of water left in the "works" can ruin the engine.

start simple. Pull all the spark plugs, shoot a bit of oil into each
cylinder, change oil to a high-detergent type and crank over with the plugs
out. Confirm that there is oil pressure. You can make an oil pump drive and
spin it up with a drill if you wish. If you have oil pressure and the motor
