No it doesnt. You use the threaded end links to compensate for length to a
degree as well as to set the toe. If you bend the link you will change its
length and thus need to re-set the toe.

Just curious as to whether it has to be dead-straight? If so then a more
exact fix would be to take it to a machine shop to straighten?
