Hi Guys, Tire question

Hello all,

I have just received my roadster after many months of waiting.

I'm now in need of tires.  I have Enki rims and the current tires are
187-70-r14.
The rear tire rubs the fender on bumps.

My thought is to down size to a 175,-70-r14 does this sound right?

I would like to buy tires for touring and will be mostly doing a short 3
mile commute to work each day.

Any recommendations would be great.

Planning on registering for Solvang late and heading up on new tires.
