Couple of comments:

With SU Carb bodies... and the 1 3 4 2 firing order. 2
and 3 have the longest amount of time for fuel to be
squirted. The fuel injection really needs to be
triggered from the camshaft to get 1 & 2 balanced,
ditto for 3 & 4.  A custom "port" manifold would work
much better for air/fuel distribution. 

Andy -- do you have access to a metal lathe? Those
bungs are not that hard to make. :)   Long term
project, and I need to take some TIG classes.

Shop -- frame is up, roof is almost on. Need warm
sunny non-windy days to get those side panels (14'
tall) up. Learned that they are near impossible to
hold with the any breeze. It will be so nice to have a
"roadster & airplane" shop when it is done (probably
another six months!)
