Those wiper pivits have got to be one of the biggest pains to work on. I  
have always found them to be very hard to get apart without mangeling them. The 
 
combination of galvonic corrosion and pot metal is very ugly.

 LOL!   Ok, so I was bragging I guess...   I  wrote earlier about not having
to use the wipers much because of using Rain-X  on my windshield?   I was
waxing up the blue beast yesterday and  found that my wiper pivots were both
loose... so I took them apart, lubed  them and started to tighten them back
up.  Didn't take much and  BAM!  The drivers pivot lost about 1/8" of the
threads and the nut that  holds it on.  So now I really don't have wipers and
it's supposed to  rain tonight!  :)   Luckily, I have a few cars to pilfer
parts  from, so will see if I can't get this fixed up...    Roadsters  are
fun!!
