I just wanted to wish everybody a great weekend at Solvang. I enjoyed coming
out last year and meeting all the folks I met immensely, just couldn't do it
this year. I'm actually going to be in San Diego area this coming wednesday
thru saturday and then in Escondito from sunday until the following sunday.
my brother and his wife (newbie roadster owners, btw) will be out in
Escondito with us, we're staying at the Welk Resort. would love to hook up
with a few roadster owners out there, in spite of my 25 years of owning and
playing with roadsters my brother has never seen a really, really nice one.
maybe we can fix that :-) I have hopes of making it out for Shasta, will
have to see how obligations and finances go between now and then. if anyone
going to Shasta is looking for any heavy parts or maybe a low serial number
single carb 1500 or a 67 2000 or a 2L race roadster or whatever, I could
probably work something out to deliver at that time. still have those
Revolution wheels with the Hoosier race tires on them too if anyone's
interested. I'd likely be headed up into Oregon and Washington afterwards,
could deliver that direction or even on the way out or back to virginia.
