While it's a nice setup unless you've done head work, a racier cam and
installed some other go fast goodies you won't get much of a HP improvement.
I installed U20 carbies on my stroker and they provide lots of gas. I ported
a 1600 manifold and modified the linkage to make them fit. For all the
additional $$$$ I'd rather do some professional headwork.
Yes they look fast and sound nice but . . .
Ask Jim about how fast an SU stroker can be.
SUs do honk and have awesome induction roar but since my custom exhaust was
installed I can't hear it :(
