Dave,
I have an "L" shaped nozzle that the fuel lines come into the float bowls
from. There are needles below there that shuts off the flow of gas when the
floats get high enough. Is that where you mean? The gas in the float bowl
is full. The car bogs down around 2000 rpms. Sounds like it is drowning.
This causes the car to hesitate and loose power when given more gas.
