God No,
Used to live in a part of the city that was rife with people under the
influence. After you ahve seen/interacted with a few you can spot a
tweaker a mile a way and cross the street to get the hell out of their way.
Nothing more dangerous than than somebody super jakced up on speed and ultra
paranoid-aggresive because they have not slept in 3 or 4 days....
