Nathan,
Do you have the glass bowl fuel filter.  If so it is sucking air and needs a new
gasket betweent the bowl and housing.  I made one out of rubber and it works
much better.  It will not get gas otherwise.  Check it out.

BTW:   I think the email address is wrong, it is under list quest now.
