Rocker Assembly Torque?

Hi,

I've been using the Head Gasket FAQ on Tom's Tips (written by Al Carmichael)
as a template for
replacing the head on my 67.5 1600.  (I purchased a nice R16 head from a
fellow list member, rather
than using a copper gasket on my over-milled head).

It doesn't mention the torque for the 4 nuts that hold the Rocker Assembly
to the head.  Can someone
fill me in?

I'm not sure who maintains Tom's Tips, but this info would enchance an
already great FAQ.
