This really makes me wonder:
Why do you need to add fluid at the side of the road someplace?
Even with a leaking rear seal (coating everything under the car),
It takes a long time to loose more than a pint of transmission fluid!
I do use a funnel and a long plastic tube. With our 100 degree heat
no problem pouring transmission oil. During the winter (30F) in the
garage, I'll drop the quart of oil into a bucket of hot water to
get it to pour quicker when I go to refill the gearbox.
One bit of advice for the list... always make sure you can LOOSEN
the fill plug before removing the drain plug.
