Check out www.240sx.org for used KAs for sale. Prices range from 600 to 1500 
complete (engine, tranny, ECU, harness, etc). Ross has kits that allow the 
bolting in of the KA.
With the KA, you won't have to cut your crossmember, which might be a plus. 
Just some details to look into:
- you'll need to switch to an EFI fuel system (new pump, filter, etc)
- please use an external oil filter mount...look at some swaps and you'll see 
what I mean; the oil filter butts up against the inner fender/frame rail
- a lot of swaps use the standard roadster rubber insulator...not the 
greatest IMO, but I guess they work......
