Had a friend who ran one of these once, they use good paint, the
key is who is doing the work.  Unlike McDonalds, the product is not
predictably the same, so I would check the cars coming out the door.
If you select one of their better paint jobs, and have confidence with
the folks doing the work, there would seem to be no reason to not
get a good quality product.
