Dave,
You failed to mention if your Weber is choked electrially,
manually, or via water temp. I worked on an MG with the same
symptoms a while back. What I found is an electric choke....
unfortunately it had never been connected. At any rate, you may
want to see if it is adjusted correctly. Let us know what you
find.
