Well, I couldn't let these pass!!

We *do* have marshmellows here, only some people eat Wheat-bix (I don't --
I find them incredibly boring) and don't you dare criticise our national dish
Vegemite (TM) :-)

Actually, Vegemite is very much an acquired taste (no kidding I hear), I have
only ever found one non australian who came back for seconds (come to
think of it, they were the only peorson not to run screaming from the room
in search of liquid relief!).

Did you know Vegemite is a US product? Kraft, the uS food giant make Vegemite
here. Maybe it was a big joke for some american prankster?

Hey if we bottle this stuff up and call it say, geez I don't know, howzabout
Vegemite? I bet you $50 we can sell it to these suckers...

Actually, one American friend (a LBC man he was) said "Well, it looks like axle
grease, (sniffs) smeels like axle grease, (gingerly takes a small taste sample)
spit, spat, yuk - IT EVEN TASTES LIEK AXLE GREASE!.

Oh well, back to work...

Mike
