Healey 3000 Tri-carb

Does anyone know what years the Healey 3000 came with 3 carbs.
I just looked at a 1962 with the above.  The owner, however, had
two engines for it, the original one and a 1965.  He was not 
certain which engine was actually in the car.  The id number, he said,
came off while he was having the block boiled out.
