Well, to start off, a 351C has better big block heads and as long as you
have a 1971 351C you will be able to modify your pistons, 1970 351C's heads
are set on one compression, and I have a holley throtle body fuel injector
running my 71' 351C and it seems shorter than the old carborator. And
probably the fastest engine in a brick would have to be a ford 429... same
block as the 460 but a bigger crank for more power and speed. I was
thinking about taking a 460 engine, having it bored and stroked, and putting
in a 429 crank, then with the 460 heads it's possible for a lower
compression, then I was thinking of putting a blower on top of that. But
now I'm just thinking of supercharging the 351C, I talked to paxton before
and they said a 5.0 supercharger with some kind of modifier kit would work
for mine but I can't remember what they said and I have been meaning to
calll them back but when I remember to do it its too late in the day.
well thats what I know, I've rakked my brain for the night
