BP and AP are BOTH in danger. Due to the time required to implement a
change, it would take until 2005 for the axe to fall. Both classes need to
make (or
exceed) the minimum entry numbers at the Nationals in both 2003, and MAYBE
the axe won't fall. Remember, Section 4.7 requires the SEB to take action if
the minimums aren't met for 2 years in a row. Neither made their minimum in
2002. Making the minimum in 2003 starts the clock ticking over again, as far
as
