Even old sites change over time. For example, the satellite of the old "New
Jerusalem"
airport shows an unused and empty runway when in fact a shipping company has
leased it and parks
their tractors all over it.
I think any new sites 2 years old or less would be fine, especially if
concrete.

i think all the lots we use now are more than 2 years old. or are we only
looking for brand new ones? seems that those would tear up the surface the
