OK mabye I'm cheating. I'm counting "rain" as "I or my car would get wet from
precipitation".

It didn't rain on our March 3 event where e drew 340 entrants under a
bright sunny sky.
At the previous 3Com event it rained BEFORE the event leaving a wet surface
and it rained ( a light mist, really) AGAIN during the noon walk through
but it never rained while cars were running.
