        Take a look at the AP rules. There are NO limits on displacement,
merely a weight listing for 12 valve and  another for 24 valve versions.
Suddenly the options open quite wide.

That's why Craig Nagler has such a fast BMW M3. He's got his M3 down close
to the 24-valve minimum weight. I've also been intrigued that the rule was
put into place while he served on the Solo Events Board. But then maybe I'm
just paranoid.
