I do not think you are paranoid. I think that the DMV
has already planted bugging devices in my car. It's
just a gut feeling. 

The good news is, just about all of California, except
for Schwarzenegger's California Performance Review
panel, thinks this is the most stupid idea ever. I
think they'll have a hard time passing this one.
