In NC , Tarheel Sports Car Club also ran a street autocross in Wilson for quite a few years and the NC Region SCCA ran one on the streets of Carolina Beach and Wilmington as well. I can't remember any serious problems, except the NC Highway Patrol had a problem with the one at Carolina Beach, because it was on a state highway. These were almost as much fun as hillclimbs. |
