I have not a clue. I have never seen such a notice. I can't imagine what
it could mean.
A label that says "not for tubeless tires" is explainable.
Weird labels are not limited to wheels. They put up new soap dispensers in
the men's room at work. There were little labels which said "not for
antibacterial soap". Huh?
