Found it...actually it's a reiteration of the 2002 rule...no wonder it's not
in the 2003 rulebook, they forgot it ;o) Anyone know about legality of
cutting a small hole for a strut bar to go through? I'm sure it's commonly
done, but don't really want to do anything even a little bit illegal.
