Sean,

Nice try. As a "single driver car" with slicks I would love to have warm tires.

BUT,

Where at Nationals are even most of the stock class cars, let alone street 
prepared, prepared, and mod class going to go to warm up their tires . . . 
safely and legally . . . without creating all sorts of traffic problems on 
site and/or through the gate? Can you just imagine a couple of BIG classes 
trying to make it through the gate and then to the two (north and south 
course) grids just before the deadline?
