I may have not made this clear, but winning 1st place isn't the only 
acceptable objective for those who want to be competitive. A lot of people 
want to just trophy, maybe some want to just be in the top half... And 
these people have less incentive to go if they feel that poor car classing 
decisions by the SCCA will have a significant effect on their goals.
