Even I don't have a rulebook that is that old but from what I remember
it is a traditional Solo II with the addition of measured doses of
alcohol that are taken at regular intervals. The whole point is to
show degradation of lap times with increased alcohol use so BP and CP
drivers would typically not make good candidates.
