Here's the tally since the M3 moved to E/SP:
In 3 Pro Solos:
E/SP
San Bern. M3s take 1st & 2nd
Lemore M3s take 1st & 2nd
Peru M3 takes 1st
Ave. margin of victory vs. nearest non-m3: 1.5 seconds.
L2
San Bern M3 takes 1st and Challenge win
Lemore M3 takes 1st and Challenge win
Peru M3 takes 1st and Challenge win
Obviously, the Tunnells' superior driving is a big factor,
but the overwhelming dominance of the M3 certainly
stands out. Bob T. has tied or beaten B/SP at every Pro
so far. (D. Popp beat Bob by hundredths at Peru but
Bob T. was mailing it in after his Saturday a.m. runs.)
He also beat C/SP by 1.6 seconds at Peru - and that
class wasn't soft.

be a better match in BSP where it would have 100 hp deficits? And doesn't a
stock '96 Camaro weigh in at 3400 lb? Aren't
you competing in E _Street Prepared_? Haven't you lightened
your car to the limits of the SP rules?
