It's pretty much SP rules except for the suspension, which

I've seen this 1.5 liter rotary displacement number more than once now in
something sent out from Denver. Even in Sports Car. Are they now
considering the Mazda 13B motors to be just 1.5 liters? In the past they've
been considered over the majic 2000cc mark and that put them in with the big
bad V8 cars in the Mod classes.
If so then anything currently in DM is toast as soon as some of the NA
rotary EM cars can shed enough weight. There's no engines out there in DM
right now that can hang with a built 13B motor.
