I didn't realize a C5 Corvette was that light, especially with a full cage
and fire bottle in it.

Anyway, look at the new Fastrack Tech Bulletin.  It says "Chevy Corvette C5
(97-99), Correct weight to 3100 lbs.  Add to notes as follows: "Rear tires
may protrude up to 1.0" with GM Performance suspension package."

Of course, the Tech Bulletin is dated 19 April and your race was 11 April,
so I guess you were illegal then but okay now.
