C'mon, Guys!!!

We are talking street machines here. How many street machines are 
in this weight class in 1999??

Certainly not the Lotus Elise, which started this thread. Or the Honda that
Jamie alluded to.

Let's compare apples and oranges here. I never said the car was a Viper
in horsepower, or an Elan in handling - - not even in the same league.

I simply was in response to a guy that put down my favorite car unjustly
when the statement was made the new "Fiero" was to be built on the same
platform as the Elise with an all new engine.

(I still say the new "Fieros" are fugly.)
