Other than allowing in some of the older sports cars (MGBs, Spridgets, TRs,
Datsun roadsters) and larger engined sedans (BMWs in particular), and
sneaking in wheel and tire size restrictions, how does this substantially
change things? More importantly, how does this make things better?
Just curious about the point.
